The type of material, actual size , weight and condition of the parts are crucial factors in determining an accurate price quote. WE CANNOT GIVE EXACT PRICING OVER THE TELEPHONE OR THROUGH A PICTURE VIA E-MAIL. All pricing discussed over the telephone or internet is estimated and is subject to change based on conditions of parts. All customers will be informed of final cost prior to commencement of work. All jobs require a deposit before any work begins. If Piece prices do not meet our minimum, minimum lot charges will apply. Please give us a call to find out our minimum lot charges.

Gold, Silver, and Nickel plating prices are dependent on the current daily market values and are subject to change due to fluctuations in the market.

Completion Time: Completion times may vary depending upon size and types of jobs. All jobs are completed in the order they are received. We strive to meet all our customers’ requests in terms of deadlines. All completion times given are Estimated Times and cannot guarantee. We strive to meet our customers needs. If an important event is coming up, a car show, boat show, open house, please make sure to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you!

When your order is complete, we will contact you. If you wish to check on the progress of your job, please have your ticket number handy when you call. We cannot track your job by your name alone.

Preparation: When possible, items shall be taken apart. Please DO NOT grind or sandblast your parts, this could potentially damage the parts and cause subsequent issues with preparation. Occasionally when we strip and clean parts, we find cracks, dents and deterioration that may have gone undetected. We will notify you immediately. Additional repair charges may apply.

Hazardous Waste Fee: Due to the rising costs for treatment, disposal and consultation fees required to meet EPA and DEC standards we charge a hazardous waste surcharge. The fee will be based on the total cost of the invoice. We comply with all federal and state regulations to ensure a safe environment.

Certification Processing Fee: Nassau Chrome is a Nadcap certified and an ISO compliant shop. In order to fray the cost of Nadcap compliance all jobs requiring a Nadcap approved process will be charged a certification fee.
